Respect for rights
MeowClip does not claim ownership of media resolved from public third-party pages. Users must ensure their downloads and uses are lawful. We process valid notices from rights holders, authorized agents, and competent authorities.
A notice should include
- The rights holder or authorized agent’s real name, contact details, and basis of authority.
- A clear description of the protected work.
- The specific MeowClip URL, submitted source link, or enough information to locate the processing at issue.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
- A physical or electronic signature.
Where to send it
Send the complete notice to [email protected]. A brand-domain mailbox may forward to the designated handler without publishing a personal address. Personal details in a notice are used to handle the notice, disputes, and legal obligations.
Response and repeat infringement
We may disable functionality, block a specific link, request more information, forward a notice to an affected user, and restrict repeat infringers when appropriate. Because upstream media is generally hosted by a third-party platform, rights holders should also contact that hosting platform.
Counter-notice and misrepresentation
If you believe a restriction resulted from mistake or misidentification, contact [email protected] with the affected material, the reason, your contact information, and statements required by applicable law. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may create liability.
