Terms of Service

Rules for using MeowClip’s public media resolution and download service.

Last updated: 2026-08-13

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using MeowClip, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies and Ads Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service. You must be old enough to agree under the law where you live; minors need appropriate guardian permission and supervision.

2. Nature of the service

MeowClip automatically identifies supported platforms, reads public pages, previews available media, and delivers downloads for links submitted by users. MeowClip does not operate the source platforms, is not their official product, and does not act on their behalf.

The service is for public content that can lawfully be accessed without supplying your account credentials. We do not guarantee that every link, format, quality, or platform will remain available.

3. Your rights and responsibilities

You are responsible for confirming that you may access, copy, download, and use the media. This may include your own work, authorized content, public-domain or openly licensed work, or a use expressly permitted by applicable law. MeowClip cannot decide whether your particular use is fair use or another legal exception.

  • Follow applicable law and relevant source-platform rules.
  • Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, and other rights.
  • Use the service only for lawful, non-infringing purposes.

4. Prohibited conduct

  • Attempting to bypass a login, payment, subscription, DRM, age check, or other access control.
  • Submitting passwords, cookies, session tokens, verification codes, payment details, or other credentials.
  • Bulk scraping, automated abuse, rate-limit evasion, attacks, or disproportionate resource use.
  • Downloading, distributing, or commercially exploiting media you have no right to use.
  • Using MeowClip for privacy violations, harassment, fraud, impersonation, malware, or illegal activity.
  • Presenting MeowClip or its ads as an official service of a supported platform.

5. Temporary processing

Resolution and delivery briefly process public share links, public-page data, media URLs, task state, and temporary output files in server memory or temporary directories. Current resolver and media caches normally expire within 10–30 minutes. Crashes, infrastructure logs, or backup cycles can make actual deletion times vary slightly. MeowClip is not a storage service.

6. Ads, analytics, and third parties

MeowClip may use infrastructure, analytics, advertising, payment, email, and security providers. Ads are not designed to look like download controls and are not a condition for receiving a download. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Voluntary support does not buy hidden functionality, priority processing, or a return.

7. Intellectual property

The MeowClip name, interface, code, graphics, and original text belong to MeowClip or its licensors. Resolved media remains owned by its respective rights holder. Using the service transfers no rights in third-party content. Platform names and marks identify compatibility only.

8. Changes, suspension, and availability

We may limit, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service for security, legal, capacity, platform-change, or operational reasons, and may block apparent abuse. We try to keep MeowClip available but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent platform support.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeowClip is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, or download results. You are responsible for lawful backups and downstream use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeowClip is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, lost data or profit, or third-party claims. This does not limit non-waivable consumer rights or liability that law does not permit us to exclude.

10. Disputes and applicable law

Contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where the MeowClip operator is established, excluding conflict rules. The operator should have this clause reviewed for its actual jurisdiction before commercial launch.

11. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms and will change the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably practical. Contact [email protected] for general issues, [email protected] for privacy, and [email protected] for copyright notices.
