1. Essential storage
MeowClip may use cookies or local storage to remember language, privacy choices, security state, and necessary session information. Disabling essential storage may prevent parts of the requested service from working.
2. Analytics and advertising
MeowClip loads analytics or ad scripts only when the service is configured and applicable consent requirements are met. Vendors may use identifiers to count visits, measure the download funnel, control frequency, prevent fraud, and deliver ads. MeowClip does not attach its own click listeners to Google ads; ad revenue and clicks come from the ad provider’s reporting.
When Google ads are enabled, Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to MeowClip or other websites. You can manage personalized ads at https://adssettings.google.com/ and review third-party opt-out choices at https://www.aboutads.info/choices/.
3. Placement principles
- Keep ads visibly separate from download, open, and copy controls.
- Label ads only with a clear equivalent of “Advertisement.”
- Never require a view, click, timer, or close action to unlock a download.
- Never use arrows, rewards, or animation to solicit ad clicks.
- Reserve ad space to limit layout shift and lazy-load below-the-fold placements.
4. Consent management
You can choose essential-only storage or allow analytics and ads. Where a certified consent management platform is required, including relevant Google ad serving in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, the operator must configure a certified CMP before enabling ads. MeowClip’s basic preference banner is not a substitute for that certification.
